For 2025, the only way to GUARANTEE photography & REEL coverage is through prior signup!
Advanced sign-up is required for reels and highly recommended for photos.
National Derby, Grand Prix, Welcome & Classics are all photographed by default. If you’d like a reel added of your round, please fill out the form below.
PHOTO SIGN UP
By signing up, you will guarantee photography coverage of your rounds for that day or week. Your photos will be added to your album with prioritized uploading & will include options to purchase additional digitals, packages, & prints.
The photos included in your package(s) will be given as a dollar credit to spend on your gallery. This will either cover the price of the items listed or can be used in conjuction with other packages and items.
Contract must be signed (reels) and deposit/fees must be paid in order for signup to be completed.
PHOTOGRAPHY RATES (by rider number)
$70 : Daily Shooting Fee (INCLUDES ONE MEDIUM RES DIGITAL $85 value*)
$130 : Weekend Shooting Fee (Fri & Sat or Sat & Sun) (INCLUDES TWO MEDIUM RES DIGITALS ($170 value)
$320 : Weekly Shooting Fee (INCLUDES 5 MEDIUM RES DIGITALS $425 value)**
$1500 : Full Circuit Coverage (20 MEDIUM RES DIGITALS PLUS ONE REEL FROM ROUND OF YOUR CHOICE $1950 value)*
Shooting fees due upon signup.
Full Circuit Signup: 50% deposit due at signup with the remainder due on or before first day of showing. If signing up after week or circuit has started, please email me at jessica@buehlerphotography.com for fee information.
*Medium Res - Printable up to 5x7

REEL SIGN UP
Reels are short-form vertically shot videos, making it a perfect way to relive your rounds! They are great for viewing on your phone and sharing with friends, family & social media sites. They will include some candid moments if possible, 2-4 jumps depending on your round, and ribbon footage if applicable.
There are no re-edits sent by Jessica Buehler Photography. You are free to edit the video to your liking.
Reels are delivered with generic royalty-free music. They can be uploaded like this, or muted and uploaded with whatever music you like on social media.
The videos are a mix of normal speed and slow motion video.
A $50 deposit is required for sign-up. The remainder will be due upon delivery of your reel. If you scratch or do not complete your round, the deposit paid will be made into a credit to be used on a future reel, photos, or a candid reel. There are no refunds for deposits.
