Cancellation / Deposit Policy:

Your deposit is used to hold your date and time. It is applied to the balance of your session. If there is inclement weather in the forecast, we can move to an indoor location or we can reschedule the photoshoot for a future time & date. 

The client must provide the photographer a request for cancellation at least 1 week before the scheduled shoot to receive a refund of the deposit paid. If the client cancels within 1 week of the stated date and time, the refund will not be refunded and will be used for time lost. This deposit can always be moved to a different time and date. If for any reason Jessica Buehler Photography is not able to photograph the event, the contract shall be made void and the deposit fully refunded minus a $5 transaction fee.
